What is Herbal tea

Cinnamon

Fennel
According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine, fennel is warm in nature. It helps digestion, eases menstrual cramps and abdominal distention. It is said that fennel seed is an aid to weight loss.
Bitter Orange Blossom
Bitter orange has an evergreen tree which has leathery, dark green leaves ,fragrant white blossom and orange fruit. Its blossoms have anti anxiety and calming effect. It is also beneficial for digestion and can help bloating and stomach ache.
Bitter Orange Peels
