Chamomile
This is a small, gentle and beautiful flower which has been used for centuries in ancient remedies.
Chamomile has natural powerful medicinal properties and it is well known through out the world.

Chamomile can be taken on its own or with other natural herbs such as lemon verbena or a few mint leaves.
How to make
Place a pinch of rumi chamomile tea in a strainer, place it in a cup, add boiling water and cover for 5-7 minutes
Can be served with honey if required.
